DO I NEED AN ELECTRICIAN?
A. No it comes with a fully sealed 240v plug, so no electrician needed, just plug in and please do not remove the plug! You will need to have an outdoor power point already installed.
DO I NEED TO EMPTY THE TRAY?
A. The condensation will evaporate when in operation, ensure the tray is kept clean and the is no build up of debris, old leaves or dirt
WHY IS THERE WATER?
A. Water generally means the unit is doing its job and the refrigeration side of the system is operational. The build-up of condensation from the coils runs down the condensate drain and either terminated into the nearest drain or into one of our trays
